Rural Squamish is made up of three different neighbourhoods. The Upper Squamish Valley, Paradise Valley and Ring Creek. The land out here is incredibly beautiful with its wild forests, rivers, glaciers and mountains. In Upper Squamish and Paradise Valley, you will find mostly valley bottom acreages ranging from 2-200 acres. Some properties have been cleared into farms, some are thick with lush forest. Some properties are in the Agricultural Land Reserve, some are leased from the Provincial Government. In Ring Creek, the properties are all off grid and have no power. They are mostly under an acre in size and require driving 6km up an active logging road to an elevation of around 600 meters.
